Shipping & Returns

Effective date: January 1, 2026

1. Domestic Shipping (USA)

Orders ship from our warehouse at 1801 E HOLT BLVD, ONTARIO, CA 91761. Carriers and transit times are confirmed at quotation. Signature may be required on delivery.

2. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are quoted with the most suitable freight option (express, air or sea). The customer is responsible for import compliance at the destination.

3. Customs & Import Duties

International buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes and import clearance at the destination. We prepare commercial invoices and packing lists to support clearance.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging, subject to our approval. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Approved returns are refunded or exchanged.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect shipments upon receipt. Report damage or shortages to us within 5 business days with photos and packing details so we can resolve the claim.
