Warranty Policy

1. Coverage

Paixidore International LTD warrants that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment, for the warranty period agreed in the order confirmation. This warranty applies to the original purchaser.

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accident, modification, normal wear, or failure to follow applicable service procedures and vehicle specifications.

3. Claim Process

To make a claim, contact us within the warranty period with your order number, product photos and a description of the issue. Do not discard defective parts until we complete the claim review.

4. Remedy

Our sole obligation is, at our option, to repair, replace or credit the defective product. This remedy is exclusive and is in lieu of all other remedies.

5. Aftermarket Disclaimer

Products are aftermarket replacement parts. Vehicle names, OEM designations and part numbers are used for cross-reference only. Paixidore International LTD is an independent supplier not affiliated with the referenced original equipment manufacturers.
